Diritto di recesso:
Il diritto di recesso è previsto dal D.lgs. 185/99 relativo agli acquisti a distanza, ed è possibile esercitarlo entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del prodotto.
Nel caso il Consumatore desideri restituire la merce acquistata potrà farlo entro 10 gg. dal ricevimento della merce, con un preavviso via e-mail; gli articoli dovranno essere rinviati integri e completi della confezione originale, con idoneo imballo e al netto di ogni spesa.
In caso di recesso l’azienda provvederà entro il termine di 30 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce restituita ad effettuare l’accredito al Cliente dell’importo pagato al netto delle spese di spedizione (art. 5, comma 7, D.lg. n. 185 del 22/05/1999).
Informativa sul diritto di recesso
Tutti i clienti possono esercitare il diritto di recesso entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento dei prodotti acquistati, secondo quanto previsto dall’art. 5 del Decreto Legislativo del 22 maggio 1999, n. 185.
Per esercitare questo diritto il cliente dovrà inviare una comunicazione entro il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi decorrenti dalla data di ricevimento della merce ordinata.
Tale comunicazione dovrà essere effettuata tramite lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento indirizzata a:

La merce va restituita con copia della raccomandata all’indirizzo aziendale entro e non oltre 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce ordinata.
Spese di spedizione:
Le spese di spedizione del reso sono interamente a carico del cliente. Ricevuta la merce la nostra Azienda provvederà a rimborsare al cliente l’intero importo già pagato, ad esclusione delle spese di spedizione che rimarranno comunque a carico del consumatore.
Il rimborso avverrà entro 30 giorni dall’avvenuta ricezione della comunicazione con cui il Consumatore ha manifestato la volontà di recedere dall’acquisto. Il rimborso avverrà a mezzo bonifico bancario o PayPal. Sarà cura del cliente fornire le coordinate bancarie per il ricevimento del bonifico o un account PayPal.
Sostituzioni:
Nel caso in cui il cliente lo richieda, sarà possibile la sostituzione dell’oggetto acquistato con gli altri disponibili (e quindi in pronta consegna) presenti nel sito, fermo restando il pagamento delle nuove spese di spedizione sempre a carico dell’acquirente, e dell’eventuale differenza di prezzo. Il diritto di recesso non si applica nel caso che i prodotti siano stati alterati, manomessi od utilizzati o per mancanza della condizione essenziale di integrità del bene (imballo e/o suo contenuto).
Nei casi in cui venga accertato:
- il danneggiamento del prodotto
- la mancanza dell’imballo esterno o interno
- l’assenza di elementi accessori o integranti del prodotto
provvederemo a restituire al mittente il bene acquistato, addebitando allo stesso le spese di spedizione.
Right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is provided by the Italian law 185/99 relating to distance purchases, and it is possible to exercise it within 10 working days from receipt of the product. Any refunds must therefore be made within 10 days from receipt of goods, with prior notice via e-mail; the items must be intact, in the original packaging, with appropriate packaging and shipped frankly for every expense. In case of withdrawal we will provide within 30 working days from receipt of returned goods to make the credit to the customer of the amount paid, net of shipping costs (art. 5, comma 7, D.lg. n. 185 of 22/05/1999).
Information on the right of withdrawal
All customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the purchased products, as required by article 5 of the law of 22nd may 1999, n. 185.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice to that effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods ordered. This communication must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

The goods must be returned with a copy of the registered letter to the company address no later than ten working days from receipt of the goods ordered.
Shipping fees:
The return shipping fees are entirely at the customer’s expense. After received the goods our company will refund customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping fees that will remain charged to the consumer.
The refund will take place within 30 days from the receipt of the communication with which the customer has expressed the wish to withdraw from the purchase. Reimbursement will be by bank transfer or PayPal. The customer will promptly provide the bank details or PayPal account.
Replacements:
At the request of the customer, the products subject to the right of withdrawal may be replaced with others indicated by him without prejudice to the payment of the new shipping costs always at the expense of the purchaser, and any difference in price.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the products have been altered, tampered with or used or for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (for example packaging or its contents).
In cases where it is ascertained:
- the damage of the product
- the lack of the original external or internal packaging
- the absence of accessory or integral elements of the product
we will return the purchased good to the sender, charging him the shipping costs.
